As a professionally trained life coach, I have the tools and understanding to help you to create the life you imagine and get a renewed sense of self. I have over 20 years experience managing people and projects in different fields as well as a unique personal journey that compliments my coaching style.
I have always had a passion for learning. About myself, about people and what make them tick and most importantly about relationships of every flavor. I have and continue to "do the work". I can and will provide first hand experience to help guide you to where YOU want to go.
What to expect
Growth in and of itself is not easy. But it's a little easier when it doesn't feel foreign. I communicate with my clients the same way I do my friends. We should probably put a Disclaimer right here... my friends appreciate and respect me because I am real with them. Oh and if I am passionate, which is quite often, I may curse like a sailor on leave. My style of Navigating is NOT for everyone, and that is OK!! I understand the nuances of different relationships, and I course correct as necessary, but I say the things you may not want to hear, but really need to. My number one goal is YOU.
